Our Rates
Jan – May / $790 per weekend nights/ $690 per weekday night. $3990 per week. All stays over a weekend will be $790 per night. (Please contact us for possible special pricing for groups of less than 15.)
June – August / Weekly stays are requested in the summer months- $4990 per week. Shorter stays are considered on a case-by-case basis and will be $790 per night.
Sept-Dec / $790 per weekend night/ $690 per weekday night. $3990 per week. All stays over a weekend will be $790 per night.
A $1000 refundable security deposit for your stay is required to confirm and hold the reservation. The complete balance for the rent is due 90 days prior to arrival. A 3-night minimum stay is requested year-round. Stays of less than 3 nights are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to an additional laundry fee. All Holiday stays are $790 per night. Rates are subject to 6% MI. tax and all payments are made by check.
