Edgetts Lodge (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates edgettslodge.com (the “Site”), the website for our vacation lodge at 4944 N Raymond Rd, Luther, Michigan 49656. This policy describes what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep things simple: we collect only what we need to respond to your inquiry and manage your stay, and we do not sell your personal information.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. We use this only to operate and secure the Site.

Inquiry details are delivered to the lodge’s owner so he can respond to you. The Site is intended for adults planning group stays. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Site, contact us and we will delete it.
The Site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and inquiry information is stored with reputable providers using industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit what we collect so there is little to lose.
